Due to its limited screen time, the Demon Slayer anime only has so much room for developing the heroes and the villains. The anime may not be over just yet, but manga readers can confirm that there's not much left to go with this story, so space is limited for any character's development. As expected, heroes such as Tanjiro Kamado and Zenitsu Agatsuma got all the development they needed, but Muzan's minions didn't get the same favor.
